and partner companies (“Providers”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect,
use, share, and protect information when Providers use the Kullu Business
application and related services.
By registering as a Provider and using the Kullu Business App, you agree to the

3. Sharing of Information

Customers, limited to what is required to fulfill the service

We do not sell Provider personal data.
4. Location Data
Location information may be used to assign nearby jobs, display service locations,
and optimize availability. You may control location permissions via your device
settings, though some features may not work without it.

We may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, usage analytics,
and performance improvement. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

While your Provider account remains active
As required for operational, accounting, and legal purposes
For dispute resolution and fraud prevention
You may request account deletion, subject to legal and regulatory retention
requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect
your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
