These terms apply to all individuals or entities (“Professional,”
“Service Provider,” or “Partner”) providing services via the
KULLU platform.
1. Registration & Eligibility
You must submit valid identification documents, trade licenses, and any other legally required documents.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the UAE.
You must successfully pass background verification checks.
2. Service Commitment
By joining KULLU, you agree to:
Deliver all services professionally, courteously, and according to industry standards.
Be punctual and respect the customer’s property.
Bring all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise stated.
Comply with all applicable UAE laws and KULLU safety standards.
Redo or rectify unsatisfactory services at no extra cost to the customer, unless the issue is beyond your control.
3. Platform Usage Rules
You must not:
Accept direct payments from customers outside the KULLU platform.
Share personal contact details with customers.
Solicit repeat bookings or arrangements outside the app.
4. Direct Contact with Customers (Strictly Prohibited)
Any attempt to contact customers directly or bypass the KULLU platform
will result in a penalty of AED 15,000 and may lead to
account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Avoid canceling bookings without valid reasons.
Repeated or last-minute cancellations may result in penalties or suspension.
No-shows without prior notice will incur fines and affect future bookings.
6. Payments & Fees
Payments are released after successful service completion, minus KULLU’s commission.
Online payments are credited to the registered bank account within four (4) working days.
10% of each online transaction is temporarily retained in the business wallet
to adjust COD charges, cancellations, or disputes.
The retained balance is released during the monthly payout cycle.
Payments are processed weekly or monthly as per the agreed schedule.
All payouts are subject to applicable UAE taxes.
7. Quality Control
KULLU may conduct quality checks including:
Unannounced service visits
On-site inspections
Post-service customer follow-ups
Service Providers with repeated complaints, poor ratings, or failure to
rectify issues may receive warnings, penalties, or be removed from the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
KULLU’s logo, branding, and materials may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Confidentiality
You must protect customer privacy and must not misuse or disclose any personal
or property information obtained during service delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
KULLU is not responsible for damage, theft, injury, or loss caused by the Service Provider.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and services.
You may be held financially liable for verified damages or complaints.
11. Amendments
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued access to bookings
signifies acceptance of the latest version.
