These terms apply to all individuals or entities (“Professional,” “Service Provider,” or “Partner”) providing services via the KULLU platform.

Any attempt to contact customers directly or bypass the KULLU platform will result in a penalty of AED 15,000 and may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

KULLU may conduct quality checks including:

Service Providers with repeated complaints, poor ratings, or failure to rectify issues may receive warnings, penalties, or be removed from the platform.

KULLU’s logo, branding, and materials may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality

You must protect customer privacy and must not misuse or disclose any personal or property information obtained during service delivery.
